Shipping
All physical orders are printed on demand by our production partners and shipped directly to you. Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
All orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the price. You will not be charged additional fees on delivery.
Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.

The Original is shipped insured. We do not offer uninsured shipping for Original Art.

Digital Products
Digital Amulets and other digital downloads are delivered instantly after payment via a download link. No shipping required.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and another when it ships. Tracking information is included when available.
Delivery estimates are provided by our production and shipping partners and are not guaranteed. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by factors outside our control.
Damages
We pack all orders carefully, so damage is rare. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us via our contact form and include:
- Order date and order or invoice number
- Your name and contact details
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund in line with applicable law.
Returns
Defective or damaged items
If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or refund you. See Damages above.
Open Edition Prints (made-to-order)
Because prints are made to order, returns for non-defective reasons may be restricted depending on applicable consumer law. Where returns are accepted, they must be requested within 30 days of delivery and items must be returned in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. Refunds for non-defective returns exclude original shipping costs and payment processing fees, where permitted by law.
The Original (aluminum)
You may cancel before shipment. Once the artwork has been handed to the carrier, we do not accept cancellations or voluntary returns due to change of mind. If The Original arrives damaged or defective, we will handle it under the Damages policy above. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Digital Downloads
Once a digital file has been delivered or downloaded, refunds are not available except where required by law. If you cannot access your file, contact us and we will fix delivery. If delivery still cannot be completed, we will refund the purchase.
