dAtria (dAtria OÜ) and Fine-Art, t-shirts, mugs, and any other type of physical product are made available to you under the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before ordering. dAtria trades under dAtria OÜ. It is a registered company in Estonia at the address: Lõõtsa tn 5-11, 11415, Tallinn, Estonia. We periodically make amendments to these Terms and to the information contained on our website, so we advise you to check back often. Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected by these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of your order

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation acknowledging your details. At this moment, a contract between you and dAtria starts. We reserve the right not to accept your order if the item is out of stock, doesn't pass our quality checking stage, or if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.


Pricing & Availability

While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on the Website are accurate, there may be cases where errors occur. When we discover an error in the estimates of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as canceled.

If you cancel and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund. In case items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay, or have detail and description errors, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided. If we cannot contact you in regards to our out of stock orders, we will cancel these within 48 hours, and you will receive a full refund.


Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver "products" to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your order, but we can't guarantee firm delivery dates or times. Delivery options are set out here, although such delivery estimate information is indicative only. 

Shipments are insured during the transport from our warehouse to the delivery point you have indicated. At that time, the responsibility for the goods purchased is transferred to you. The tracking information will be sent to you via email. If your tracking information is not available, please use our contact form to inform us.

dAtria is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels. To ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible, please provide us with a telephone number. Any orders sent out that cannot be delivered will be returned to us, and the customer will bear the costs for re-delivery. A charge will be incurred should you not be present during the specified delivery window or if the driver is required to wait. We cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction. Please be aware that during our sale and busy periods deliveries can take longer.

Duties & Taxes

You can shop with us in US Dollars. International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot guarantee that customs charges can be voided for a refused shipment. In this case, we will deduct the amount from your refund.


Exchanges And Returns

We will gladly accept returns or exchange on defective items. But as we are always ready to go the extra mile for our customers, we offer a 30-day trial, we’ll return your money except for shipping and payment transaction fees.

If you need to exchange or return an item, please use our contact form and provide us the following information: the date of purchase, invoice number, name, contact information, and a short description and photographic evidence of the defective item. We will contact you with information on how we will process your return. 


Payment

You can choose to pay with a credit card.
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. All credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.

All transactions on this Website are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a safe host environment. If you have any questions about paying online, please contact us.


Rights of Revocation

Rights to Withdraw 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 (thirty) days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the date on which you or a designated third party, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the final goods. To exercise your right to withdrawal, you must inform us by way of a clear statement (for example, a letter mailed via post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract to:

You can use the attached model withdrawal form; however, this is not mandatory. It's sufficient if you send your communication regarding the right to withdraw before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund the payment we received from you, excluding shipping and transaction costs.

The refund will be made within thirty days from the date the notification was received about the cancellation of this contract with us.

For this repayment, we will use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction unless we explicitly stipulated otherwise; in no case will you be charged a fee for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You have to return the goods promptly and not later than thirty days from the date upon which you inform us of the cancellation of the contract to:

Acceptance of your order

While dAtria tries to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices on the website are accurate, there may be cases where errors occur. When dAtria discovers an error in the estimates of any products or services you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. Taxes

You can shop with us in US Dollars. We will send an invoice with the services and taxes specified. dAtria is not obliged to pay your taxes.


Rescheduling & Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding space on dAtria's calendar that is no longer available to another person. To respect your fellow human beings, please reschedule the meeting as soon as you know you will not be able to attend the appointment.

We kindly ask that you reschedule our meeting at least 24 hours in advance. To do so, use the Reschedule link provided in the email you received after your booking.

dAtria will not refund if you cancel our session. Please make sure the service dAtria provides is something you want before you book and pay for the consultation.

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled. Also, when it's rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when you miss an appointment without rescheduling. In either case, the appointment fee will not be refunded.

Suppose dAtria needs to cancel your consultation less than 24 hours before the appointed time. In that case, we will contact you at least 48 hours after to reschedule it properly with you.

Case by Case

dAtria wants to establish a trusting relationship with you. Therefore we reserve the right to change the Rescheduling & Cancellation policy depending on the situation. Love and empathy are the foundations of our existence.


Payment

You can choose to pay with a credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. All credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
